As well as our regular 8 week HENRY course we also have an online course tailored specially for Dads and male carers starting next week. If you're a dad or male carer of a child 5 years and under and live in Runcorn or Widnes, this free 8-week programme is just for you!

Being a dad is a big job, and it’s natural to want the very best for your little one. But with so much advice out there, it’s not always clear where to start. The HENRY programme is here to help. All attendees will be entered in our prize draw taking place in December for an air fryer!

The online course starting Thursday 8th May, then weekly until Thursday 24th June.

Stress is how our body and mind react when we feel under pressure or worried. When we are stressed, our body releases a hormone called adrenaline, which helps us act quickly. It’s normal to feel stressed sometimes, but too much stress can be bad for our health.
