Hey , we thought it about time we checked in and thanked you all for coming on Saturday.

The bastard weather was obviously trying to scupper our event once again, but we're made of stronger stuff.

We just feel a bit for all those who were involved with the Saltaire Festival on the Saturday. The planners, artists, vendors and obviously the crowd all took a hit with the rain. At least Sunday brought them some rays.

So, to Clair Melodie and Darren Hurst, our guest DJs for the evening - we salute you. Your sets were the business.

And to the crowd who turned up and danced to the end, we take off our wide-brimmed hats.
