Important Message for All Wedding Clients (Since 2022)
This is an urgent notice for everyone whose wedding was filmed by us since we transitioned to digital in 2022.
We’ve just been informed by our hosting provider, Eazyflicks, that after 14th November 2025, they will be upgrading to Eazyflicks 3.0. As part of this upgrade, all current video data will be lost unless it is downloaded and backed up beforehand.
Although they’ve tried to make this a seamless transition, it unfortunately isn’t possible. As you can imagine, we’ve filmed a large number of weddings since 2022, and due to storage limits, we don’t keep every original file indefinitely.
👉 I strongly urge you to log into your link, go to the Downloads section on the home screen, and save your full film before the deadline.
I will also do my best to contact each of you directly via email, Facebook, or Instagram depending on how you booked. I truly wish this wasn’t happening—it’s a major headache for us suppliers too—but it is completely out of my control.
