I think I am half human & half ice cream at this point ๐Ÿฆ ๐Ÿ˜‹

I am sticking around 1800/2000 ish calories per day currently.. but I will be dropping this slightly and getting fully back into a deficit once some normality resumes, but for now Iโ€™m enjoying life and soaking up the summer holidays ๐Ÿ˜Œ

๐ŸŒด Letโ€™s talk about โ€œbeach bodiesโ€ ๐ŸŒด

Iโ€™m trying to keep it real in a world of perfectly edited & filtered pictures..

Your body is normal , itโ€™s real , itโ€™s you and your story and itโ€™s more than enough ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

Yes i have rolls when I sit down ( we all do fyi)
Yes i have stretch marks ( the majority of the population do)
Yes my bodies jiggles & wobbles ( again every human body does)

I am human after all and I have imperfections, but do you know what Iโ€™ve hated my body for many many years, but not now, not any more.. I am learning to love & embrace it

Iโ€™ve had 3 children in a short space of time and Iโ€™ve lost 11 stone so my body has been through it, but I am so very grateful that itโ€™s been a safe home for my children, itโ€™s given me something irreplaceable..

How can I hate something that does incredible things on a daily basis..

Instead I am now learning how to feed my mind, body & soul in ways that enhance my daily life ๐Ÿค

So from a girl whoโ€™s learning to love her self a little bit more every day, just know that you and your normal body are enough in a society that tells us we should strive to be perfect!

Progress over perfection ๐ŸคŽ

Just keep showing up and pouring that love back into yourself โœจ
