I’m so excited to be sharing this brand new course with .

My six-week Hatha Yoga course for beginners is everything I wished I’d had when I first stepped onto the mat! Together, we’ll explore the foundational poses you’ll find in many yoga classes – from standing postures and balances to twists, forward folds, and gentle backbends.

We’ll also dive into pranayama (breathwork) and the beginnings of meditation, giving you the tools to create a practice that feels grounded, supportive, and uniquely yours.

By the end of this course, you’ll feel confident to flow through a practice at home or step into a studio.

I'm really excited to be offering a six-week Hatha Yoga course for beginners at Yoga at the Reach in Sheffield. Whether you’ve never stepped on a mat before or want to reconnect with the basics, this course is for you.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore:

🌿 Foundational poses (asana)
🌿 Breathing techniques (pranayama)
🌿 Meditation
🌿 Yoga philosophy

This is an opportunity to create a strong foundation for your practice, both on and off the mat. By the end of the course, feel confident practicing at home or joining a studio class.
