Hello everyone , I want to share some recent head-lines and scientific clarity, and most importantly, a gentle reminder: always consult your doctor or midwife before taking any medication during pregnancy.

The UK’s MHRA recently affirmed that taking paracetamol as directed in pregnancy remains safe, and there is currently no evidence that it causes aut1$m.

💙 To the moms who feel like they’re breaking down… you’re not alone. Parenting is beautiful, but it’s also exhausting and overwhelming at times. Some days we’re just surviving, and that’s okay.

Here are a few reminders for the hard days:
✨ It’s okay to step into another room and breathe.
✨ It’s okay if dinner is frozen food and the house is messy.
✨ It’s okay to let the kids watch a little extra TV so you can regroup.
✨ It’s okay to not feel “okay.”

You are still a good mom.
You are still enough.
And this hard moment will pass. 💙

Payment Plans, Smart or Struggle?

The other day, I overheard a woman say that using a payment plan means you’re poor. 😲 It made me pause… because actually, payment plans are pretty normal in the UK!

There’s a common misconception that using a payment plan means financial weakness. But in reality, payment plans are a standard budgeting tool in the UK and across other developed countries.

From mobile phones to furniture, cars to utilities, instalments allow households to spread the cost of essentials. Countries like the US, Australia, and many parts of Europe widely use payment schemes too.

The truth is:
✔️ A payment plan doesn’t make you “poor.”
✔️ It’s a way to manage cash flow.
✔️ It can help avoid financial strain from large upfront costs.

When used wisely, instalments are less about struggle and more about smart money management.

YOU NEED TO USE IT WISELY.
