It was awesome to attend the private launch and be part of the new ‘Art Among Us’ pop-up gallery at Resorts World Birmingham, bringing together 41 incredible artists from across the West Midlands & Warwickshire 🔥
I had the honour of speaking and judging the artworks (tough job!) alongside Ruth Millington, awarding two Highly Commended artists 👏🏽
For me, this is what it’s about; creating spaces where people feel confident to explore, express and connect. Art has always been about bringing people together.
I am also running 3 workshops, including Zentangle and Family sessions focused around making creativity accessible, relaxed, and fun! I look forward to seeing you all there! ✍🏽

I’m excited to look back and share another one of my book benches from Aberdeen, ‘Global Pulse’ 🌍✨
Created for The Book Bench Trail, this sculpture celebrated the interconnected rhythm of trade, travel, and sustainability. From soaring geese and a city skyline to a cargo ship gliding through vibrant blue waters, the design captured our shared global heartbeat. 🌏🚢✈️
On the back, a truck journeyed through a lush, nature-inspired landscape beneath a radiant multicoloured sky; a reminder of how humanity, industry, and nature are all linked in one continuous flow. 🌿🌅
Huge thanks to everyone who visited Global Pulse, shared photos, and supported this creative journey. And of course, a massive shoutout to the organisers The BookBench Trail & Clan Cancer Support for bringing such an inspiring project to life. 🙌

My sculpture is all about blending imagination with reality. Resembling an open book, it invited people to sit, pause, and dream while surrounded by vibrant splashes of colour and a dynamic sunset. 🌅📖
Shoutout to everyone who visited ‘Dreamscape’ and took a photo with it. Thank you again to my sponsor Scott Birnie from The Good Sleep Company and to the organisers The BookBench Trail & Clan Cancer Support for bringing this project to life. You can bid for this online! 🙌

🌟 Happy New Year, everyone! 🌟
I'm thrilled to share a fantastic project I've been working on in Droitwich Spa in collaboration with Willow Court Farmhouse Droitwich and supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund , Messenger Construction Ltd, Rodney Melville + Partners and Wychavon District Council. 🎨✨
Over the past few months, I had the privilege of working closely with students from Droitwich Spa High School and Sixth Form Centre, Westacre Middle School, and Westlands Primary School to develop workshops that sparked creativity and brought their ideas to life.
Together, we designed and created a vibrant mural on the site of Willow Court Farmhouse. The process was such an inspiring journey:
🌈 45 children across three schools got hands-on in starting the mural, transforming their playful, imaginative ideas into something tangible. It was messy, fun, and incredibly rewarding!
🌳 The final mural reflects the students’ drawings, words, and concepts—celebrating play, nature's patterns, autumnal hues, rainbows, and the spirit of community and connection.
I also incorporated elements inspired by historical photos of the original farmland, including a huge warm sun, colourful trees, a serene lake, and lush green landscapes. The result? A vibrant tribute to the area's heritage and community spirit.
💡 This project has been a joy to create and a meaningful way to connect with the next generation. Seeing their excitement and pride in contributing to something so close to their home was truly special.
What do you think of the mural? I'd love to hear your thoughts! 💬
