She had been to a medical Dr & had the seroma aspirated💫

She was never advised to get MLD or advised regarding any of her recovery💫

This is so common after Lipo & unfortunately abroad💫

Plastic surgery is a major decision that should not be taken lightly💫

After treatment 1st on the left & 4th on the right. Advice regarding compression, foams, fibrosis, complications of recovery, the journey is slow💫

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is so Important in prevention of seroma🙏

Seroma is a build up or pocket of fluid after having surgery🌠

It is not normally dangerous but can be uncomfortable😓

Seroma can be treated with massage & a correctly fitted compression garment🥰

Worst case you would need to have the fluid aspirated which is a simple technique & again not usually painful💪

If you have any concerns always check with your MLD post op care therapist or your medical team💯
