☕ Sheppertonian Business Club | Free networking event, co-hosted by nikibakes

If you run a business in or around Shepperton, this one’s for you.

We’re hosting an informal get-together over a cuppa for local business owners to chat, share ideas, and support each other. No pitches. No awkward formats. Just proper conversation.

📅 Thursday 22nd January 2026, 5-7pm
📍 The Ferry Coffee Shop, Shepperton

Aidan at The Ferry is kindly putting on a dedicated barista, so you can focus on meeting people while the coffee flows.

🎧 So… I’ve accidentally built another website.

Not for The Sheppertonian this time (no, I’m not launching Sheppertonian+ 😂. Yet).

This one belongs to The Sound Boutique, where all the music, podcasts and other audio things I make actually live. It turns out running a local newsletter, a podcast, a Business Club AND a full-time audio studio means you eventually need a digital cupboard big enough to keep it all in.

🎄 Only ONE week to go until Shepperton’s favourite festive night — and we need your help! 🎅

Our Big Tree Night is run by a tiny team of volunteers, and YOU giving just 30 minutes on Wednesday 10 December will make a huge difference.

🌟 Afternoon Help (1–4pm)
We’re looking for friendly hands to man barriers, guide stallholders, and help build the stage.

🌙 Evening Help (4–10pm)
Sign up to a half-hour shift on our barrier rota on the High Street (two helpers needed per barrier) — or stay a little longer to help with tidy-up.
