I'm not a fan of creating social media content (phew, I'm glad that's off my chest 😮‍💨😂) ⁣

The reason I started my business as a Podcast Assistant, wasn't to spend hours getting caught up in the creation of content trying to please the algorithm, it was to make people sound great online 🎙️⁣
⁣
With the demand for my services increasing each month and big ideas for my business to support even more established & aspiring podcasters (one of which will be released very soon) - I've decided to take a step away from Facebook/LinkedIn. ⁣

This in no way is the end of my business, more so a temporary change that I know will bring many positive benefits to myself and clients alike in 2023 🧡⁣

BUT WAIT, don't scroll just yet because I want to share a greater perspective on the goals you set yourself for this year, because they can go further than you and create a greater impact for many! ⁣

Take podcasting for example; ⁣
⁣
👉 Your goal for 2023 could be to launch and host your own podcast. ⁣
⁣
👉 In doing so you become; a role model, an industry expert, a source of information that people rely on and trust in to help them better themselves & their lives. ⁣

⁣
So as you work on setting your goals for the New Year, don't just settle on the monetary or materialistic results - take it one step further and identify the impact you want to have on others in 2023 🧡⁣

The Christmas tunes have been on every day this month in the office, keeping me going as I've beavered away getting clients' podcasts edited up until the New Year. ⁣

There were hours of content to get through, but I've made it through the other side and feel so honoured to have supported so many incredible podcast hosts this year! ⁣

It goes without saying, that these podcasts have MASTERED the foundational working parts of any podcast which include the; topics, content, speaker & guests 🎙️⁣

Your audience needs to know when your new episode is available. Keeping to the same days or weeks allows your listeners to integrate your podcast into their regular routine ⁣
