Knowing that people are gonna be who they are and letting them 🙏 We can’t change people 🤍

People are gonna judge
People are gonna talk
People are gonna lie
People are gonna assume

People are gonna gossip
People are gonna have different opinions to yours
People aren’t gonna take your advice
People aren’t gonna include you

People won’t always see when your sad
Some people can’t empathise
Some people don’t want to understand
Some people will take you for granted

Most people won’t have the same ethics as you
People are gonna take things the wrong way
Most people don’t know you

I know there’s a whole lot of emotions that will come from these feelings, but just for now…

As we are spiralling 🌀 up

As we begin to heal you may be feeling a motion of going round and round 🌀

Going over stuff…

That’s completely normal 🌀

Healing and growth is a spiral 🌀

You go back - and you re-open - and you go deeper 🌀

Seeing things from a different perspective 🌀

From a different viewpoint 🌀

From an older version of you 🌀

And the higher you go the more you detach from everything keeping you stuck 🌀

You can shift things in minutes, some hours and some years 🌀

Life is a journey, keep riding that spiral staircase.🌀

Until those things that would crumble you, have no power or place in you anymore ❤️

Good morning folks, I know it’s been a while.
My page has been a ghost town.

But for those that don’t know we’ve had a bereavement.
Our mum.
Grief is an odd one isn’t it.

As we ebb and flo, remembering life with our mum. Speaking honestly, with family and friends has been an important part of healing.
And allowing ourselves time.

And as I’m sure we will spend many yrs navigating the healing ❤️‍🩹 journey, sharing stories of the past.

It’s funny that even with such a loss, your bodys crave normality, and a getting back to a routine is almost a necessity.

Thank you 🙏 I have received so many caring messages from everyone. It’s been extremely heart warming. And that in itself, that people care is so extremely appreciated.

However- life must go on 🫶🏻

So I am back to work 🫶🏻
And it helps me greatly 🙌

Healing needs time ❤️‍🩹 Heart break ❤️‍🩹 Grief ❤️‍🩹 Trauma ❤️‍🩹

But so does karma 🤣 It doesn’t visit them when their at the bottom, it waits until their at the top 🎤

1- 🐣 She is delicate, gentle and kind. Underestimated most of the time. Because you don’t live in the limelight of success. You quietly achieve what you need to. Under the radar and behind closed doors. So in your own time and pace -allow yourself to be seen. Being in the shadows is no longer aligning. The world needs your gifts to shine, to inspire, to help and guide others. So be brave, your humility around others is so unique that it’s almost an injustice to not let others see you bloom. You then hold space for others to do the same 🌸

2-🐣 It’s not like you to shy away, or not stand up for yourself You may feel like you are, but this is telling you to go within, because there’s a feeling of not being true to yourself. So relax, breath, life has felt fast paced but you haven’t had much time to recover. Your questioning life atm, feeling into what it is you truly want, so take time out. Rebalance and reset.
This time of resurrection includes you too 💕

3-🐣 Look at this bold, beautiful 🐥 chick. But can you see what we can see? There isn’t much time for the usual ‘underestimating our abilities’ because life is calling your soul forward to speak your truth. There could be an external energy questioning your authenticity,or maybe you are your worst critic. You are allowed to reevaluate any life decisions/choice’s at any time. So embrace this week with optimism and look out for opportunities that will help elevate you to your new life’s purpose 🐥🐣🐤

1- Devine Order, we've got the scales of justice.
Things haven't been working in your favour lately. However look past the chaos, you'll notice underlying order. Things haven't been or felt fair. But that's all beginning to change now. Have faith now that heaven is working behind the scenes for your highest good.💜

2-Courage- It's time to stand up for yourself. Your beliefs, even if it's against what others believe. The angels are protecting you from harm. As you stand strong in your beliefs, you allow space for others to stand in theirs. Bravery, conviction, release the roaring lion with-in. 💜

3-Gentleness, be gentle with yourself atm. It's a time to go within. Make sure you surround yourself with gentle people, situations etc. It's not a time for conflict, retreat from drama, and the people who thrive on it. You'll feel a need for inner peace. So do exactly that. Your readying yourself so that once you come out the otherside, you'll be ready for the world. And it ready for you. 💜
