There’s nothing more annoying than this⬇️
Putting in effort with your eating habits all week, then getting carried away with weekend socials…
It’s Sunday, and you’re feeling the ‘I will just start again tomorrow’ urge kick in.
& if by ‘start again’, you mean massively cut out food groups, then chances are you will be in a similar position next Sunday.
The summer socials are in full swing.
