I can’t believe I cried infront of a room full of coaches😅…

Today I am happy to say that I am now qualified as a Level 4 transformational coach.

I remember at the last event, I heard this which really stuck with me:
‘Embarrassment is the cost of entry’

Let’s just say, today I was embarrassed.

You could even say very uncomfortable.

But I am so glad I was.

Meet Louisa 🫶

Struggling to navigate socials and weekend eating can be the thing that throws a lot of people off.

It’s often hard to think that two days a week can change the results you have, but if that builds over time, it definitely can😅

Not only has Louisa used tools to enjoy socials, she has also taken charge of the kind of results she’s seeing. She takes her time with training and has paid such good attention to the details of each rep.

Enjoying minutes right next to the fan after getting off the tube😬

Recieving messages like this from clients who are hitting pb’s weekly, whilst actually having fun.

My fantastic cooking skills strike again🙂

Getting excited about what direction I want to take my coaching to next.

Having dinner by myself and writting out what the next 6 months are going to look like.

STEAK.

Just got back from the Amplifier Action Day with

The theme of today’s event is “Becoming The Leader That Your Clients Deserve”, and we’re talking about the importance of sharing and celebrating our wins.

So in the interest of leading by example, here are my top 5 wins of 2025 so far:

1. Been able to create tools for clients that they can use to change their lives.
2. Ive got better at saying no.
3. My mum still battling cancer. Whenever I have a tough day, I think about that, and it reminds me to stop complaining and get on with it :)
4. I did a podcast every single week.
5. Got my love back for training after a big dip dealing with endometriosis and a disk bulge.

How many people in your life could you 100% say you fully trust?

Imagine the kind of progress you would make if you had people like that supporting you.

There’s nothing more annoying than this⬇️

Putting in effort with your eating habits all week, then getting carried away with weekend socials…

It’s Sunday, and you’re feeling the ‘I will just start again tomorrow’ urge kick in.

& if by ‘start again’, you mean massively cut out food groups, then chances are you will be in a similar position next Sunday.

The summer socials are in full swing.

Having lots of socials, with alcohol in particular, can easily get in the way of feeling and looking the way you want to.

Watching Kill Tony live!!

Client wins away from the scales.

This is something every person who struggles with fat loss & a busy schedule needs to know.

This week I have had little wifi, been on an island, and with lovely people.

I was invited here by clients both of whom I am now lucky enough to call friends too.

This means temporary routine changes & a change in environments.

You could look at this as ‘off track’.

& I know how this can deter you from thinking you can’t see results.

But let’s play that scenario out.

Not only would you feel bad, you probably wouldn’t enjoy the moments as much.

& its more likely to lead you to feel like ‘whats the point’ in taking any kind of action.

Regardless of whether the routine changes truly altered the kind of results you are getting or not.

This is why your perspective and response to these changes is one of the most important things in a fat loss phase.

Life is not exactly the same every single day.

Relying on your ‘all or nothing’ attitude will always let you down in the end because of that.

The ‘If I cant do it perfectly, I wont do it al all’ feeling.

That feeling is responsible for more ‘failed diets’ than the individual routine disruptions themselves.
