We have charged a man with multiple offences following an aggravated burglary in Ormskirk.

It happened on Friday 3rd April 2026 when a man entered a house in Ormskirk and threatened the occupant with a knife before stealing a phone and car keys.

A man was arrested yesterday following an investigation by our West Lancashire Task Force Team.

Following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, we can now tell you that Iann Fenney, 33, of Daley Road, Liverpool has been charged with aggravated burglary, two counts of assault, possession of a knife in a public place, possession of a Class B drug, threatening to damage property, stalking involving fear of violence, intimidating a witness and engaging in controlling /coercive behaviour.

Fenney has been remanded to custody to appear before Preston Magistrates Court today.

As legal proceedings are now active, we have turned off comments on this post to avoid prejudicing future court hearings.
