I’ve lost count of how many I’ve been asked: “Is this a good deal?”
Buying a car can be stressful, confusing, and overwhelming — especially with trims, tech options, financing choices, and the fear of getting scammed.
That’s why I decided to start The Car Buying Coach UK: trusted, independent advice to help people buy cars with confidence.
Having been an automotive journalist for almost eight years, I’ve driven everything from city cars to supercars.
Now I’m using that experience to help clients:
✅ Choose a car that fits their lifestyle, needs, and budget
✅ Navigate EVs, family cars, first cars, or downsizing vehicles
✅ Avoid endless research and dealership stress
✅ Make confident, informed decisions
I work completely independently — no ties to brands or dealerships — so my advice is 100% honest and transparent.
I can help clients in many ways, from giving personalised recommendations to deep-diving into needs, and even full end-to-end support through the whole buying process.
I’ll be doing this around my full-time job — mostly evenings and weekends — which works perfectly for clients who are busy during the day.
