New filming opportunity for home owner in or around M25. Nice shoot and fab production company so should be a good day for someone.

We need an aspirational (smart) house that could be the home of a 30 something person. It can't be enormous as that wouldnt be very believable.

The house needs to have a front lawned garden WITHOUT high hedge, fence, wall etc as the garden needs to be visible from the road.

The road needs to be able to park a removal van outside the house

Lastly, the house needs to be in a road with houses on either side - so an "estate house" would work well.

Filming in November '23, we are looking for contemporary styled apartments in the Bristol area. Recce visits will be on 5 or 6 October so if you can please share this post asap this will be helpful.

Required: Mid-Income Home "with EV Charging Point"

We are looking for a home in London or the south east for this upcoming shoot.

Most important is that the home should have a driveway and an EV charging point.

Requirements:
- Modern urban home with ample light
- Capturing the essence of mid income couple/family
- Must have off street private driveway (for filming purposes) and an EV charging point
- External power available for filming equipment
- Location: Open to options, ideally in the south
- Dates: Looking for availability for 1x day either W/C 18th or W/C 25th September

Commercial Kitchen - Unusual Request !!

We were asked yesterday if we had a commercial kitchen (not residential) with all the attributes of a working restaurant kitchen - aluminium worktops/appliances etc.

This isnt an unusual request but what is unusual is the requirement for the kitchen to be large enough to have a "horse with jockey" in it!

If anyone knows of a disused pub or restaurant etc within M25 that would be on the ground floor, and with owners interested in hosting an otherwise easy photoshoot then we'd love to hear from them!

Seeking "Grandma's House" for filming in cities across the UK.

The example pictures show the sort of interiors that are perfect for a wide range of filmed activities. In all cases we will work to ensure that the proposed activities are conducted in a manner sympathetic to the owner/resident, and would be paid.

This call-out comes on the back of a request in the Leeds area, but this is not a new request and we simply don't have the best coverage at this time.

Rates vary for these hires but you'd expect to be making upwards of £500/day for each hire.

Location For Boxing Event (London)

We've had an interesting enquiry this afternoon.

The client is looking to put on a small boxing tournament with 100 ticketed spectators. They are looking for a characterful warehouse location within the M25 to take place on one day in Oct/Nov '23 timeframe.

If you have a potentially suitable space of min 4500 sqft with ahigh ceiling and ample space around the ring for this size audience then we'd love to hear from you.

Naturally, this would be a paid, insured and contracted hire.

London - Sparsely Furnished Georgian Townhouse (London)

Upcoming Feature Film requires sparsely furnished turn of the century (19/20th) townhouse for interior and exterior filming.

Shoot date not yet confirmed but will be either Q4/23 or Q1/24.

Recce's being scheduled for later in August so early registration recommended. We will require a full set of landscape orientated photos (.jpg or .png) in a large size.

We're looking for options for a "Wetherspoons Style Pub" within 30 minutes of Birmingham Airport. This is required for 7 day period, for an upcoming feature film.

LOCATIONS REQUIRED FOR SEVERAL UPCOMING FILMS IN SCOTLAND, NW ENGLAND, AND BIRMINGHAM

Our clients are asking us for more property options to satisfy a variety of settings for feature films in the above areas. These films are all in plan for this year!

If you either own or know people who have any of these types of location then we'd love to hear from you. We dont charge our owners for posting their details with us but we will require a full set of copyright-free photos. These should be mainly landscape orientation, in large or medium size (1280x1024px) in .jpg or .png format.

Tip: We need to see the size of the rooms as we'll ask about specific features if we need to know about detail.

Residential:
- all sorts of houses from contemporary to ex-council
- with all styles of interior from dated/2nd hand furniture to luxury
- cottages to converted buildings to isolated (everything basically!)

Commercial:
- Offices (city centre type business offices but also factory offices etc
- large or medium size
- dated, functional or high end interior styling
- Shops, take-aways, cafe's, clubs

Industrial:
- Warehouses, Mills, Factories etc

Offices Required For Filming - Scotland

We have several films in pre-production that require offices of varying size and styling. Offices can be large or medium in size, furnished or unfurnished. Requirements will vary, so funky/modern, old fashioned, or simply functional styles may be required.

Our Agency has supplied offices for lots of different requirements over the last 16 years and we have a reputation for working with business owners to lessen the impact of them hosting shoots.

Registration is free and east to do. All we require is contact details, property address, and then in step 2 of our process, to be sent a number of photos (copyright-free jpg files) that show us what you have there.

We require 2x Townhouses in Edinburgh for two different characters in a film to be shot in Sept/Oct timeframe. Each property will be required for 3 days.

Recce (site visits) are being scheduled from this Friday 28/7 and over the weekend.

Help Finding a Flat or House With Balcony

Thanks for helping with this shout-out.

I'm urgently looking for a HOUSE or FLAT with a BALCONY in an URBAN AREA up to 1 hour from LEEDS for an upcoming 1 or 2 day commercial.

The filming will only be on the balcony and as such wont involve a huge number of trucks, repainting etc. It should be a small and easy shoot.

As with all of our shoots this one will also be contracted, insured and paid promptly.

Can you help?

I need to put together a small gang of labourers to do some house clearance this week and possibly a couple of days next week too.

I'll need 2-4 enthusiastic, fit people, preferably that can drive too.

There are no really heavy items of furniture. There would also be a requirement to do some cleaning. The property is in Watford area of north London.
