Great news everybody! We're so excited because we've just had our first beer delivery and it's hooked up waiting for you! 🍺

Although we might have the beer, there's one thing we're missing - tables! 😮

We're having our tables custom made and they'll be with us in about 2 weeks, so for now we've got some temporary ones so you haven't gotta worry about balancing your pints on your knees! 🤭

Alright folks, let’s make it official – I’m Mitch, and I’m buzzing to introduce myself as the new gaffa of The Black Horse! 🐎💙

Some of you might recognise me from my time at The Beer Bank in Quarry Bank – the place where it all started. For those who don’t know me yet… don’t worry, you’ll soon have the pleasure (or the warning) 😄

I like my banter warm, my beers served cold, and my pubs full of good people. Whether you’re popping in for a quiet pint, bringing the family for a Sunday lunch, or stumbling in asking “Who’s round is it anyway?” you’ll be met with a smile (and possibly a hint of sass if you’re lucky).

We’ve got BIG plans for The Black Horse – kicking off with our Grand Opening Party on Saturday 5th July! 🎉 Expect good vibes, proper pub grub, family fun, and a DJ that promises to get your nan dancing. 💃🕺

Oh and foodies, listen up… we’ll be firing up a weekend carvery very soon. That’s right, Yorkshire puds, roasties, the works. Get your stretchy pants ready.
