Sometimes im lucky enough to have my talented photographer Maryanne Wilson free to drop in and snap some amazing pictures of me doing what I love, with the bonus they clients also recieve images taken too!

This isnt guaranteed, but definitely a nice little touch when you recieve an email with pictures of you and your guests from the evening!

We had to rearrange Saturdays set up - the venue was cosy with low ceilings meaning my usual set up wouldnt have fit, but we adapted and it worked a treat.

Last night, I had the pleasure of helping celebrate a special 50th birthday - with a range of music through 80's, 90's & 00's of course.

The venue was cosy, but the party was definitely on, and we even managed to fit in a dance off at the clients request!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of providing Acton Primary School with DJ Services for their annual summer fete. I was so grateful to the guys who made sure I had a gazebo to shelter under in the bright sunshine.

It was great opportunity to play a wide range of tracks - and of course get the kids involved in a dance off too!

As my diary gets booked up, it's always nice when you can give back to a worthy cause in the community

I'm absolutely kicking myself for not getting any party shots last night - only when I'd initially set up, but what a night it was!

Congratulations to the happy couple who were celebrating their engagement, and thank you for letting me be a small part of it.

When I first started DJing 18 years ago (at the age of 12) I was borrowing my older brothers decks & equipment.
At 15 I'd saved enough money from selling snacks and drinks at school, to buy my own second hand turntables from cash converters.
My first paid gig shortly followed.

These bottom speakers were my first professional speakers which have been battered and bruised through the years - and have spent the last few years gathering dust whilst I prioritised raising a family.

Today I took delivery of my newest equipment, including these brand new ones (top) and it's complete madness to see how far technology has come.

Smaller, yet more powerful, with settings I'd only dreamed of having access to back in the day - and just in time for party season.
