These DIY paper angels are officially my favourite festive craft! They’re so easy and inexpensive to make and don’t they make your tree look more heavenly!? They’re great fun to do with the kids too. All you need is A4 paper, scissors, glue stick, beads, twine and a hot glue gun. Every crafters staple right?

Using nothing but left over trim and offcuts of timber, I made these fabulous light up two tone wooden Christmas trees. They look super effective and were a joy to build. Did I upgrade my fire just for Christmas movie nights? Maybe! I loved my old bio ethanol fire so this was one upgrade that just made sense! A bigger fire means more real flames, zero hassle and all the cosy vibes!

They are simple to install, no flue needed. Simply add the bioethanol fuel to the canister and light. This model certainly kicks off heat 🥵 Warm and cosy!

Anyone else getting festive feels yet? I must admit I’m not a fan of winter but the magic of Christmas always warms me up! I also love how cosy the house feels with the twinkling lights. On the Christmas tree front, what theme is everyone going for this year? I invested heavily in the crystal theme last year and bought all new decorations so expect this year’s tree to be similar, but even more magical! Watch this space…

Who knew a £5 tension pole from could help you create the most magical garland above your doorway or window! I’ve wrapped mine with left over garlands and hung my glass tea light baubles from clear string for that magical floating effect. The tea lights are battery/remote operated for ease turning them on/off.

And so it begins! The Christmas countdown is on! I’ll be sharing inspo, Christmas crafts and of course a few Christmas DIY’s. This has got to be one of the cheapest and most stunning table centrepieces using foraged stems from my garden and nearby woods. I used an old pedestal bowl, candelabra, and some floral foam that cost me £2. Keep your floral foam moist and this beauty will last you weeks!

Ad Goodbye grey carpet and hello warm oak herringbone perfection! The prep, the cuts, the chaos all totally worth it! This fantastic Gaize light grey oak engineered wood flooring from was a breeze for a DIY’er to lay. It simply clicks into place. Now my floor is back to giving main character energy!
