Evening - wondering if anyone is able to help?

A client of mine is looking for a space to rent in the surrounding area. She is a Osteomyologist specialising in all back treatments and massage. She had a premises sorted and all set to open business on the 5th September but unfortunately it fell through the other end. So she is back to square one looking for a space to rent.
Requirements are : spacious working room, parking and available 5-6 days a week.
