What an exciting few days for Purbeck Sounds, Karen Grant and Chris Edward were among the stars at our fund raising Christmas show at Newton Manor Hall, supported by 90 of our wonderful friends. All thanks to Alan May.
I'll be back on Purbeck Sounds on New Year's Day interviewing Jackie Hall, town crier of Wareham and her husband Chris, one of the Purbeck Mummers who will be entertaining the crowds in and around Corfe. Contact the Purbeck Mummers website for details.
Chris is going to talking about the Wassail, an historic re-enactment of the days of yore.
