Saint Hugo is the brainchild of Ben, a Llanelli-born pastry chef whose obsession began outside a Paris bakery window.

He’s since trained under Michelin-starred teams, and competed on Bake Off: The Professionals in both 2022 and 2024.

His pastries are fuelling a cult following in South West Wales, with queues, sell-outs and a fanbase of croissant lovers.
