🎥 Big changes are coming to Facebook video!

Facebook’s making it much easier to share video—everything will now upload as a Reel (even longer content).

No more choosing between formats, just a smoother, simpler process to get your video out there.

You’ll still have control over your audience, and your content will be easier to find in the newly renamed Reels tab. 💡

Great news if you're already posting regularly or thinking of repurposing what you’ve already got. 😉

Spent the initial part of the day creating an interesting and brain using workout. This was for my dogs (Millie and Hollie) before starting work.🐾

As way too hot for morning walkies. 🌞

Now to start the first work task of the day...scheduling clients posts. 🗓

🌿 From Daily Pain to Deep Relief 🌿

N was waking up each day with a stiff neck, sore back, and a constant headache. 😣

I have been working on this for ages, tweaking and amending, while trying to keep it simple to read.

As when you want to get your message out there, it needs to engage, not make people scroll on in the first few seconds.

Did I use AI for the picture? No, I found it myself.

Did I use AI for the wording? Yes, but the initial prompt was from my own content, but then condensed down by me to keep it simple
