🌳 Stick Report: Maximum Fun Achieved!

Hi everyone! It's me, Miss Poppy! 👋

My human took me to my absolute favourite park today, and I just had to show off my moves!

First thing's first: ZOOMIES! I went full Pocket Rocket mode—you know the drill—run, spin, run faster! 🚀
After a good warm-up, my nose detected a very important mission: finding The Stick. And oh boy, I found it! It was strong, carried perfectly, and I marched around the whole park showing everyone my magnificent prize.

Naturally, the only way to celebrate such a successful stick-finding mission was to engage in another, even better, round of SUPER ZOOMIES!

My tail is tired from all the happy wagging!

Best day ever!

🐶 Pocket Rocket Miss Poppy's Cold Morning Adventure! ❄️

Brrrrr! This morning was definitely a two-paws-up for a cozy kind of day!

The cold woke me right up, and I knew exactly what I needed: my ultra-pink coat! Looking fabulous is step one to conquering a frosty walk. 😉

But the best part? Hooman-Dad is the absolute best! He knows a Pocket Rocket needs to zoom! I got the magical command and was OFF LEAD on the BMX track (Don't worry, the bikes were snoozing—us dogs are better at running anyway!). I put my paws to work and did some serious zooming! 💨

The woods were a sensory overload in the best way! So many new smells to investigate, mixed with all my old favorites. Sniffing is serious business, you know!

Now that the adventure is over, it's time for the most important part of the day: SNUGGLES! I'm curled up, cozy in my bed, and Hooman-Dad just gave me a brand new, super-exciting bone to chew!

Pocket Rocket Miss Poppy Reports: Operation Christmas Takeover!

Oh my dogness, hoomans are weird! 🤦‍♀️ My main hooman has officially caught what they call the "Christmas Bug." It's still November, but the house is suddenly blinking! 💡

Last night, I was just minding my own business, dreaming of chasing squirrels, when the big boxes came out. You know, the dusty ones that smell like old socks and excitement? That meant only one thing: The Decorations are HERE!

Now, the hooman is buzzing around, singing off-key carols, and stringing up a million tiny lights. Honestly, it looks like a disco exploded in our living room. I tried to help by "testing" the durability of a few wires with my teeth, but apparently, that's "not helping". Who knew?
But here's the biggest shocker: I overheard the hooman telling someone we can't have a "big tree" this year. The reason? "Because of last year's shenanigans." 🤨

I have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. None. I am an angel, a perfect little princess! (Though I do think I might still have a piece of that sparkly silver stuff—tinsel, they call it—stuck somewhere behind my canine tooth... whoops!) 🤔

Anyway, that doesn't matter! The magic is starting! The scents of pine and cinnamon are everywhere, and that means lots of fun things are coming. I'm already perfecting my most innocent, treat-demanding stare for when the good stuff arrives.

Get ready, furbabies! Christmas is absolutely, definitely, 100% on its way!

Santa-Paws, is making his list and checking it twice! He’s getting ready to deliver all the squeaky toys and yummy snacks to all the good dogs, cats, bunnies, and everything in between all over the whole wide world!

😴 Post-Adventure Nap Time is Best Time! 💖

What a morning! I, Pocket Rocket Miss Poppy, successfully completed Operation: Stick Domination! 🏆

First, I found the BEST. STICK. EVER. Seriously, it was magnificent! I hauled that glorious piece of wood all the way through the forest, dragging it with fierce determination (Hooman-Dad seemed very entertained for some reason... I was working hard!).

And then, obviously, I had to ensure it was properly reduced to portable, bite-sized pieces. Mission accomplished!

Note to self: Not all sticks are created equal. My follow-up stick discovery was a soggy, mossy disappointment. Tasted 🤢. Lesson learned: always inspect your lumber before consumption!

Now that I've defeated the woods and solved the great stick mysteries of the day, my demanding schedule calls for immediate rest and refueling.

Time to power down and dream of even bigger sticks! 💤

Wish me sweet dreams (and maybe someone can sneak me those 4 treats I ordered?). 🦴🦴🦴🦴

🐾 The Paw Report is IN! 📢

Great news, Pocket Rocket fans! 🎉 My paw is feeling a teensy bit better today, so Hooman-Dad took me out for a nice, slow, gentle walk. He said we had to take it easy, which was lovely and respectable... for all of about five minutes! 😇

You see, a proper Pocket Rocket can only maintain slow speed for so long before the ZOOMIES take over! 🚀 I tried to be good, I really did, but my internal zoom machine suddenly powered up, and I just HAD to go full speed ahead! I was running rings around Dad! 🤣

Hooman-Dad gave it his best effort to apply the brakes and tell me to 'slow down, Poppy!', but he knows the score: when the zoom machine starts, you've just got to let me fly! I had such a brilliant little blast! 💨

The verdict? Happy paws = Happy Miss Poppy!

Time for a big drink and maybe a little snooze on the sofa. I'm properly knackered now! 😴

Well, another day of resting my little paw is done! It's still a tiny bit sore, but my hooman-dad says it seems better, which is good news! 😊

My big sister, Miss Chloe, has been keeping a watchful eye on me all day, making sure I'm comfy. She's the best!

Hooman-dad is making me have a zoomies-free walk tomorrow morning 🙄—the utter outrage of it all!

I'll report back on how it feels after being sooooo bored on my walk.

🚀 Pocket Rocket is Grounded! 😭
​Oh. My. Dog. Disaster has struck the zoomie machine!

It's me, Miss Poppy, and I'm officially on a 24-hour mission of bed rest.

Apparently, I did a few too many high-speed laps (who, me?) and now one of my precious paws is feeling a little ouchie.

Hooman-Dad says there’s no obvious reason, but let's be honest—when you're as fast as a Pocket Rocket, sometimes the ground just can't keep up!

​I really, really want to zoomie right now, but Hooman-Dad is being super strict and keeps saying I need to slow down (yeah, right!). Send me all the gentle ear scratches and good vibes.

​If this little limp keeps hanging around, I get to visit the Floof Doctor on Friday! Wish me luck! 💖
