It’s broken my heart to let you all know that our Bertie Boobar Bird has passed away.
From his rescue in August 2023, we all loved him & his quirky character. He loved his little enclosure, his bathtime & his playtime in the garden.
I’ve never had experience with injured birds left with wing paralysis before but I did my best to make sure he had a quality of life while he was in my care.
I grew to love him he was one of my babies, & I will miss him so much. I was going to let you know on a livestream but I’d be a blubbering mess. So I apologise for the post but I needed to let those know who enjoyed seeing him & his progress.
Love to my Bertie bird, I have placed him under my dads tree in the garden & will think of his little face everyday ♥️🐦🪽🌈

Call me an old bore but i wont celebrate bonfire night. I’ve always hated fireworks since being burnt by one but being an animal owner i point blank refuse.
