Our first day at one of the most incredible theme parks we've ever visited is finally here! 🎭
After a VERY early start at Gatwick, an unexpected flight delay, a road trip from Nantes and a very important supermarket stop 😂, we finally made it to Puy du Fou!
And what followed was one VERY full day… immersive experiences, spectacular shows, a LOT of walking, and finishing the night with the incredible Les Noces de Feu. 🔥✨

😳 JUST LOOK AT THIS.

This is Shockwave on Royal Caribbean’s Legend of the Seas — and the aerial work is absolutely incredible. 🧊✨

The combination of ice skating, aerial performance, lighting and the AquaDome makes this one of those cruise ship shows that you really have to see to believe.

We actually watched Shockwave twice during our cruise… and honestly, we could have watched it again. 😂

As theatre people, we were absolutely obsessed with this. And it was especially special for us because Chris worked on the West End production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. ❤️

🚢 AND THAT'S A WRAP ON LEGEND OF THE SEAS! ❤️
Our final episode from our Legend of the Seas cruise is officially out NOW! 🎬
The last couple of days certainly didn't go completely to plan… 😂
From a VERY frustrating morning in Marseille, to getting back onboard for more incredible entertainment, seeing Paul Zerdin in the Royal Theatre, watching Shockwave for a second time and getting out onto the ice at Absolute Zero…
And then it was time to say goodbye to this incredible ship. 🥹🚢
We headed back to Rome Airport, spent a little too long in the BA Lounge and boarded our flight home — only for the landing to take a rather unexpected turn! ✈️😳
And, of course, we finish the episode with our honest thoughts on the whole experience of sailing on Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas.
Would we sail on Legend of the Seas again? 👀

WE SAW CHARLIE! 🍫🎭🚢
Episode 4 of our Legend of the Seas cruise series is now LIVE! 🎬
This time, we decided to stay onboard while Legend of the Seas was in Barcelona and see just how much we could get up to without stepping off the ship!
There was Lost Dunes mini golf ⛳, Laser Tag ⚡, ice cream 🍦, live music 🎶, White Night, The Price Is Right and plenty of exploring…
…but the BIG highlight was finally getting to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in the Royal Theatre! 🍫✨
As some of you know, this show is particularly special for us as Chris worked on the West End production, so getting to see Royal Caribbean's version onboard Legend of the Seas was something we were VERY excited about!
And yes… we also met Skipper, the ship's adorable puppy! 🐶❤️

TWO INCREDIBLE SHOWS… AND A DAY IN NAPLES! 🚢✨
Episode 3 of our Legend of the Seas series is OUT NOW! 🎬
We spent two days exploring more of Royal Caribbean’s newest ship — starting with our first ever visit to Naples 🇮🇹, where we jumped on the City Sightseeing bus to explore the city before heading back to the ship.
But the real highlight of this episode? The entertainment! 🤩
🎭 Fusion — an incredible ice show performed in the ice rink
🌊 Shockwave — an absolutely spectacular AquaDome show combining water, acrobatics, technology and some seriously impressive performances.
We also find time for live jazz, Dueling Pianos, a little relaxation in the hot tub, plenty of food and a rather exciting discovery… English Trifle! 😂
And just wait until you see what happens in the next episode… 🍫🎭
