A wholesome month 🩵

- plenty of sunrise moments at the river
- the first frost
- hugging trees
- chilly walks around the coast
- generally enjoying nature
- eating hearty meals
- noticing the details
- lots more local walks
- swimming with old friends
- swimming with new friends
- de icing the car en route to swims!

Don’t be completely fooled though, I’ve had an annoying cough for half of the month! 😂

Help me add more spots to my list 📝

As most of you know I mainly swim in the Torbay and Teignbridge area, I’ve listed some of my favourites above 💕however, next year I’d like to explore more swim spots in North Devon and East Devon too. I’d also like to get down to Plymouth as there seems to be a great swim community down there 😍
