A little encouragement can go a long way. 💙

Before this, my auntie was feeling nervous about coming outside and helping with the painting.

With a little encouragement, she picked up a paintbrush, gave it a go, and ended up really enjoying herself.

Sometimes confidence doesn’t come before we start. It grows when we take that first step.

Promoting independence is about supporting people to try new things, build confidence, and enjoy the moment.

🤠 No matter what kind of day you’ve had, try ending it like this.

Line dancing is one of my favourite ways to switch off, have a laugh and leave the stress of the day behind.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a great dancer or not. It’s about enjoying yourself, moving a little and having fun.

Instead of asking yourself,

Ask yourself,

“What if it goes right?”

We can’t control everything that happens, but we can choose where we place our focus.
