After some dodgy goings on at school this afternoon and a turn of events Lacey has filled her tube! We managed to photograph some dirty tactics from Miss MacQuarrie herself! Mr Trinder's 2nd tube is also full so I wonder what surprise that will bring on the day?!
Thank you so much for all your support, the children's enthusiasm and excitement has been infectious! Stay tuned for the final amount raised!
A huge thank you needs to go out to the teachers and TA's who have volunteered to be gunged and kept the magic alive for the children, we are incredibly lucky to have such dedicated people teaching our children and making school a safe a fun place to be.
Join us in the rear school playground from 3.15 on Tuesday 22nd July for the gunging come rain or shine. Kyle from Ice Angel Dairy �� will also be there selling ice creams, he will be donating a percentage of his profits to the gunging appeal 🧫🧪

The coin collector will be out for one more day tomorrow before it retires for the year! Can we fill anymore tubes before it goes? We still have 3 teachers who can potentially be gunged 🧫🧪
Please bring your coins in tomorrow if you have any at home waiting to be donated!

We are very excited to say that now 4 teachers have filled their tubes with Mr Trinder's 2nd well on the way, I wonder what will happen if the 2nd tubes are filled?! Keep bringing those pennies in!
The 4 full tubes have raised a total of £171 so far! Thank you for your support.

The coin collector is back! It's been reinforced and it's ready to carry on being filled. The coins have been replaced so everyone was back where they were before we emptied it.
You can see we have added the addition of some gunge to Mr Trinder and Mr Manley's heads so the children can see they have filled a tube already. The more times their tubes are filled the more times they will get gunged! Due to the amaizng amount of excitement and response we have plans for bigger and better things! Keep the coins coming!

The coin collector has retired for the weekend to have a spruce up and to be reinforced! Mr Trinder's collection has caused a crack in perspex, dont worry though as it will be back next week ready to be filled again along with Mr Trinder's half filled 2nd tube! The exciting news of the week is that Mr Manley filled his tube this morning so he will be joining Mr Trinder in being gunged on the 22nd July 🧪🧫
That's two teachers down, can we get anymore?!

More exciting news! We have the lovely Kyle from Ice Angel Dairy �� joining us with his ice cream van in the playground selling ice creams on the day too, he is very kindly donating a percentage of his sales to the gunging collection pot!🍧🍨🍦

Mr Manley should be worried, his tube is nearly full! Can we do it by the weekend?! Mr Trinders 2nd tube continues to grow and Lacey has had a sudden rush of coins/votes. Miss MacQuarrie has gone suspiciously quiet! The collector is so heavy now its tricky to lift! Thank you to all the children that queue daily to put their pennys in, their excitement is infectious! 🪙💰

Just 48 hours and Mr Trinder has successfully filled his tube with a 2nd well on the way! He will definitely be gunged on the last day of term - I can imagine he is overjoyed 🤣 the question is.....if we fill the 2nd tube, can we gunge him twice?!
Please vote for the other teachers too! The more coins we get and the more tubes filled the more teachers we get to gunge!

Less than 24 hours of collecting and Mr Trinder is well on his way to being gunged!
The children's excitement before and after school was infectious, there were even discussions on a 2nd tube being set up for Mr Trinder to be filled so he can be gunged twice!
Still lots of time left to bring in your coins!
