Another event is coming up fast and during the weekend of 8th / 9th November, I will be exhibiting my work at the Sacred Sanctuary Mind Body Spirit event in Penzance, Cornwall. I have attached the flyer here. The event runs from 10am until 4.30pm on both days. I'll have on display my current larger canvas works as well as prints and my handcrafted greetings cards. Hope to see you there!

"Across The Dimensions" on location! It's the nature connection that inspired this different way of showcasing this piece. As with the majority of my work, nature is a massive inspiration. Being out in the natural world elevates my passion for my art, because when I take photos on location I get a real buzz out of wondering if any of those photos will turn into my visionary worlds. And I can't wait to find out! Somehow, my imagination is elevated in nature, as if I am expecting a portal to open or a tear in the fabric of space-time to make an appearance. Think "His Dark Materials" or "Stargate"! And yes I am inspired by ideas from science fiction as well.

"Across The Dimensions" is very elevating. Many people have expressed their own amazing interpretations when they have viewed it at fairs. This is a multi-dimensional piece that includes the 3 dimensions of width, depth and height. The dimension of time (if you like) represented by the flowing branches and the dimension of space (again if you regard space as a dimension). All in, perhaps a 5D piece! Everyone's interpretations are different, so whatever works for you. (Also featured on the CD cover of "Beyond The Mist" by musician Neil H )

What is the purpose of my art? My art not only fulfils a longing for healing and escapism (more healing and escapism needed right now) but also a desire to feed and elevate the soul, stretch the imagination and feed my curiosity. My art is there for that sense of adventure and exploration. An insatiable curiosity for wondering what lies beyond our 3D reality. What else is out there that we don't yet understand or cannot comprehend....?

I am thrilled to announce that I am submitting 8 of my artworks, in an open call for artists, to be featured in the Heart Of The Tribe Gallery in Glastonbury for their forthcoming autumn / winter exhibition taking place from October. It is of course by no means certain, but nonetheless I have the opportunity and I look forward to the possibility of having my work chosen for the exhibition. Now, my task is to choose 8 pieces for submission - which is by no means an easy task...! Say tuned for updates! 😀🙏
