Great rye bread workshop this afternoon at ,all participants celebrating diverse life events, and coming to join the class from Hove, Colchester and Illinois! What an honour!
The class was messy, fun, inspired and hot.
The sunflower seed bread broke all records in "fast fermentation"!

Thank you for your assistance! Cleanup was a bit of a challenge today!

Great walk with and yesterday , via Hünersedel, Schutterquelle and Lahrer Hütte. Their cheese cake is amazing.
I haven't walked in that area of the Black Forest before - really lovely. The soft rolling landscape is such a treat for eyes and soul.
