Just released on Bandcamp - "Roly Poly's guide to self care" a series of witty, feline short stories by C. M. Lewis recorded here in March/April.

In C.M. Lewis's own words....

"I would like to introduce you to a very good friend of mine who goes by the name of Roly Poly. My friend could be described as a therapist or a mentor, a motivator or personal trainer but he has no qualifications and you won’t find him on any register, he does not belong to any professional body and has absolutely no time for administration which we all know is tedious and unnecessary. He is however a great influencer and if you follow his example I am sure you will feel better I can almost guarantee it, but for legal reasons I won’t. I guess you could think of this book as a self care manual for anyone who needs some time out from the merry go round of madness. If your fed up of listening to holding machines, filling in forms, waiting in traffic and dare I say it people in general with all their annoying habits, and endless small talk then this is the book for you."
