On Two Unlikely Friends we talk a lot about mental health, and with many countries increasing restrictions we'd like to say that if anybody feels overwhelmed to make sure you speak to somebody. That somebody can be a friend, family or anybody for that matter, just talk!
To those who become the person who people turn to remember your feelings matter to, if you feel overwhelmed tell them, being open is key. You don't need to have the answers, in our experience just somebody to listen helps.
We're by far masters in mental health and we have faced and continue to face our own challenges, but, we just wanted to put it out there that the best kind of therapy is when you talk and are open.
Remember, only do and say what your comfortable with and what makes you feel better. This could be binge watching series, podcasts ;), yoga, meditation, reading, talking - nothing is incorrect if it helps you.
