Had to stop at (cool van) walking around Roath Park. Alex is fab and brews up a lovely coffee. She also makes her own doggie cakes! Our Jack Russell loves them - so, if you're passing by, have a cuppa! There's always a fresh water bowl for the dog and there are plenty of benches nearby to rest and enjoy your coffee.

Walked in to the city centre this morning. Lovely cuppa at The Cardiff Townhouse, Coppa Club - love the flowers in the gardens in Pontcanna and Canton.

Popped in to today in Canton. What a great place. Full of indie businesses and a nice bar. There's a cool clothing shop and an excellent wine shop too plus lots of others (allegedly there's a big beer garden but I couldn't possibly comment...). Place has a lovely vibe.

Back in the day (that day was many moons ago), I'd be in here at least once a month seeing a band or checking out an exhibition. Used to be a great venue. Among my most memorable was - great gig. Years ago, when I was publishing magazine (1980s) we put on a concert showcasing local bands - I still have the original poster. headlined supported by and - in those days Cardiff was buzzing with venues and some of the best live music in Britain. Can we get the glory days back? I'd like to think so.

Excellent chiropractor. Sorted my frozen shoulder and painful neck out. Should have gone sooner. Put up with it for six months and Andy 90% sorted it in six sessions.
