This week was the second birthday of our q***r historical, fantasy novel, Cottonopolis by the brilliant SF Layzell!

This magical Midgrade book set in 1840s Manchester made the Little Rebels Prize shortlist last year and we can't recommend it enough 😍

Huge thanks to all the lovely readers and bookshops that are making Carolyn O'Brien's incredible Rose & Renzo our fastest selling book since The Mare.

It only came out in May and we're already eyeing up a third print run 😍

We've put together a handy chronology for all of our historical titles so you can see which era they fall in.

And yes, we do consider this particular 1990 book historical fiction due to it's period specifity! We're sorry if that makes anyone feel old 👴👵
