A little reminder that I have this free guide and masterclass to teach you (or people you know) the basics of gender, the do's and don'ts, 3 key things you need to know if someone comes out to you, and a whole bunch of stuff.

Written for beginners in easy to understand language and it's totally free! Someone told me off recently for keeping this free, but I want to make sure everyone has access to this who needs it 🥰

Share with anyone who's actively trying to learn or has expressed an interest in getting to grips with the basics. I've even had readers who are fairly practiced allies learn something from this.

It's a culmination of everything I've learnt from the gender diverse community (not just me) distilled into some basic need-to-know principles that are easy to apply and remember.

Back when we first started podcasting, we were flying by the seat of our pants from week to week and it was so bloody stressful. Now for season 4 there are plenty of episodes banked, and I've even scheduled Friday's release two days ahead. Who even am I??

This week's episode I talked to this very cool Australian called Medha (she/her) who kind of fell into channelling! But unlike the spiritual bypassing that Abraham Hicks encourages, so much of what Medha encourages is to love the parts of ourselves that are difficult and neglected; so in contrast to the toxic positivity of Abraham Hicks. It's a bit of an antidote if you ask me!

And the best part is that she teaches people how to heal and integrate these parts of us: totally for free! I have recommended her free resources to so many of my healthcare patients and it's helped them massively.

Between him and his partner Julie, they have 8 amazing kids, two of whom are trans themselves.
