Playing music from the 30s - 50s for swing dancers and event attendees. Dance classes in Lindy Hop, Balboa and strolling.

I am also a singer, specialising in music from the same era.. From my first DJ set in 2005, I’ve always loved playing music for dancers. In our own dance classes, I love playing a mix of music from the 30s - 50s and take pride in keeping the dance floor busy. When required, I am able to work within a musical genre and I am enjoying taking on more and more work at 1940s events where I compere and t

each in addition to DJing. I have extensive experience in a wide range of settings and am just as comfortable playing for a crowd of thousands as for a small birthday party. Either way, you will get the same from me: a determination to get everyone moving, whether that’s toe tapping or swingin’ out on the dance floor. Join us for an afternoon of vintage songs and friendly dance instruction. Our Pub in the Park will be open too, so you can enjoy an afternoon in the sunshine, with free entertainment.

Plenty of chances to DJ coming up!

Not long to go until it's Lincoln 1940s Weekend. We'll be in St Paul in the Bail as usual with lots of great singers as well as plenty of Djing from DJ Dr Swing.

A great weekend ahead with the first Walled Garden Vintage Festival. It's a lovely setting in Baumber, and I will be there on both days. Entry is free on both days, but there's also an evening dance on the Saturday which is £15 and features Hep n' Swingin' Vintage Dance Band.
