Playing Scrabble is a mental therapy. Scrabble can also prevent from not having early dementia. Usually, too much having dental anaesthetic or any sort of anaesthetics,too much alcohol can develop a memory loss in a long run. By the way,I had a good score out of the word ZOOM. Z×2 double score=20+1+1+3=25×3 tripple score=75 and my word MITOGEN. I had a good score on that too because I've used all the letters. 10×2=20+50=70 for using all the 7 letters. Scrabble and CHESS are my favourite board games.
