Is this a case of alleged harassment or could it possibly be the case of a politician abusing their position to suppress criticism in the hope of getting elected?

If true this would not be the first time a politician around here with influence over the police has counted on Hampshire Constabulary to cull freedom of expression. HUNDREDS OF UNVETTED STAFF IN HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY CONFIRMED BY HM INSPECTORATE REPORT.

These included an officer who tested positive for drugs and one who sent misogynistic, homophobic and racist texts. And another case involving an allegation of aggravated assault.

HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY HAS BEEN ORDERED BY INSPECTORS TO IMPROVE ITS VETTING PROCEDURES.

Bizarrely Hampshire Constabulary have "welcomed" the report.

But this is really not good news as readers I am sure will agree. Have they not heard of the "WAYNE COUZENS" case perhaps where the murder of Sarah Everard could have been prevented. Or that of "IAN HUNTLEY" where police vetting failings led to the Soham killings were two innocent little girls were murdered. If not NMW urges the leadership to look them up when it gets a moment.

SO MUCH FOR "LESSONS LEARNED".

As for accountability, Chief Officer Scott Chilton has very recently been allowed to retire early given all the scandals surrounding Hampshire Police and allegations of gross misconduct (corruption) against him personally. With a nice fat pension paid for by us no doubt. Why did the Hampshire Crime Commissioner Donna Jones not just throw him out on his ear with no pension and save us all some money instead. What's next a knighthood?

WHAT DO LUCY CONNOLLY AND TOMMY ROBINSON HAVE IN COMMON?

Well the treatment of both of them by the authorities and justice system is dubious at best and entirely unconscionable under English law. This is based on long standing legal doctrine they would rather you did not know about:

JUDGES DECISIONS AND CASE OUTCOMES MUST BE "EQUITABLE" UNDER ENGLISH LAW.

In laymen's terms this means they need to be seen to be fair and just in the eyes of reasonable people. This applies even if the courts have followed the letter of the law. Furthermore guilt or innocence is irrelevant. These outcomes cannot stand if they are not perceived to be fair and just by the average person. Of course the intent of this protection is very obvious. It is to protect you and I from unjust and unfair treatment in situations where the tick box application of the law results in serious injustices that go against the moral fiber of the people and public conscience of those the law is supposed to represent (that's us).

EQUITY IN LAW IS SOMETHING WHICH HAS BEEN THROWN OUT THE WINDOW IN THE CASE OF BOTH LUCY CONNOLLY AND TOMMY ROBINSON.

In both cases members of the public are generally outraged by what is widely regarded as the unfair and politically motivated treatment of both of these two individuals. It is a well known fact both Lucy Connolly and Tommy Robinson have been given far longer and harsher prison sentences than large numbers of child s*x offenders have received on conviction. This obvious and glaring moral disparity makes no sense at all to right minded people no matter how it is framed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT "EQUITY" IN LAW.

Equity or fairness in law is an ancient doctrine that today's judges still have a duty to apply to all cases without exception, but they seem to have lost their text books on. Traditionally there were separate "courts of equity" in England which could overturn the decisions of courts of law if they were seen to be unconscionable, unfair or unjust and went against the principles of equity or public morality.

"EQUITY" IS THE BEDROCK OF ENGLISH LAW.

Courts of equity were abolished but the legal principles they enforced still remain to this day. This was guaranteed by introducing a strict duty on all courts and the judiciary to abide by the principles of "equity" to protect against unfair outcomes and judicial overreach.

Even though these historic principles are still supposed to form the bedrock of "English justice" it is made very obvious by the way of these two cases and the endless stream of ridiculous decisions coming out of courts recently the rules of equity (and some would say sanity) seem to have gone completely out the window.

THE LUCY CONNOLLY AND TOMMY ROBINSON CASES ARE JUST TWO EXAMPLES OF A JUSTICE SYSTEM GONE BONKERS AND JUDICIAL OATHS THAT MEAN NOTHING.

Some quotes from Judges in the past who actually did get it:

Lord Denning MR, in Metropolitan Properties Co (FGC) Ltd v Lannon [1969] said:"The court looks at the impression which would be given to other people. Even if he was as impartial as could be, nevertheless if right-minded persons would think that, in the
circumstances, there was a real likelihood of bias on his part, then he should not sit. And if he does sit, his decision cannot stand . . . “

Lord Denning in Metropolitan Properties Ltd v Lannon [1969] CA said, “The reason is plain enough. Justice must be rooted in confidence: and confidence is destroyed when rightminded
people go away thinking: 'The judge was biased” –

In Council of Civil Service Unions v Minister for the Civil Service (1985) (the GCHQ spy case) Lord Roskill said that natural justice might now be laid to rest and be ‘replaced ... by a duty to act fairly’. Lord Scarman spoke of ‘the requirement of natural justice namely the duty to act fairly’ and observed that this applies to purely administrative acts.

SO WHY WERE THESE TWO NOT SUBJECT TO THE RULES OF "EQUITY"?

What they have done to these two people in our name is far worse than any crime they may have committed.

Hope I don't get arrested for this post!

Well the Force Solicitor can breach High Court orders with impunity of course.

No matter what you think of Tommy Robinson he is certainly right about two tier justice. This proves just how biased his treatment has been. One law from them and another for the rest of us.

The Relentless March of Cronyism. Has this disease infected the Judiciary?

Some would say absolutely yes. But what do you think? Follow the Judicial Review that will go a long way in definitively answering the question.

The High Court case referenced below is all about how the police (Hampshire Constabulary) go about unlawfully and recklessly keeping criminal complaints about “on duty” officers out of the system to avoid accountability and the standard mandated evidentiary checks and balances that should be adhered to. The evidence now filed in the High Court proves Hampshire Constabulary could easily be another Sarah Everard tragedy waiting in the wings. Ms Everard, 33, was abducted, r***d and murdered by serving Metropolitan Police officer Couzens as she walked home in London in 2021. The police could have prevented this r**e and murder had they acted on Wayne Couzen’s past criminality but alas failed to do so on multiple occasions. Subsequently as always there has been a lot of the standard hand ringing about this case and “lessons will be learned” lip service, but alas this widespread culture of ”look the other way” for its own is still rampant in policing. And certainly within Hampshire Constabulary as the evidence in this case clearly now proves.

Read the letter to the Judge and supporting evidence. Will these issues and the evidence be answered head on or avoided by the Court in its ruling?

Is Hampshire Constabulary another "Wayne Couzens" disaster waiting to happen?

Evidence has now been filed in the High Court establishing YES it is just that. When reading Hampshire Police’s challenged decision outcome letters now published in Part I (link above) readers should bare in mind the Chief Officer has already been defeated 3 times in the High Court where the same old trusty arguments have failed miserably before and in front of more than one Judge, as the included court orders and rulings show. Yet Hampshire Police keep using the same old puerile arguments and cover up tactics and of course continue spending your money to try to cover up the obvious at every turn to protect unearned reputations at the expense of the public good, and in this case children's rights. The included Professional Standards "go away" decision letters available in the PDF evidence bundle download will be familiar to lots of people as they are the stock in trade name calling tactics Hampshire Constabularies PSD (Professional Standards Department) relies on to avoid answering uncomfortable evidence of serious in house corruption. And in this case it is not just me making the allegations, they have also been raised by Dorset Police at the Deputy Chief Constable level. Which is another reason why readers should take what the PSD has committed to paper with a large pinch of salt, perhaps have a bucket full of it handy when reading them. The letter's are chock full of lies and misinformation.

Additionally it's a very illuminating exercise to view what Hampshire Police say in its responses in the context of the evidence (EX 01 to EX 04). Can you see where Hampshire Police and the IOPC have ever answered Dorset Police’s evidence proving this corruption?

Another eye opener is the fact as a result of a previous High Court action Mr. Roger Trencher the Force Solicitor is currently supposed be under active criminal investigation for perverting the course of justice after a High Court ruling. This is still ongoing 6 years on. And has just been returned to them once again by the IOPC for getting the law wrong. You would think the IOPC would have them move it along wouldn't you. An investigation should not take years, particularly when the individual concerned given his position may be misconducting many cases on a regular basis.

This latest High Court case in essence is about Mr. Trencher and others in the Professional Standards Department blocking the evidence from Dorset Police Officers proving the report produced by Hampshire Police into the handling of the Arnewood School Teacher case was substantively false. And the false report itself, including all the ensuing lies by numerous individuals to cover it all up. Including paying a solicitor to lie. It's all in the evidence.

Why is the pursuit of this important? Well the police covering things up and suppressing evidence regarding the handling of child s*xual abuse puts children at serious risk of harm and it fundamentally breaches their right to be safeguarded and protected. And this betrayal is by those in positions of trust and authority. And one they never seem to be held accountable for. They could not sink any lower and it is up to us to try to do something about that.

The next file of evidence (FILE 2) will also be posted in the public interest. This shows just how Hampshire Police recklessly keeps criminal complaints about “on duty” officers out of the system and breaks every rule in the book by do doing so. And we all know just where that can end up.

So if you have an interest in child’s rights and police corruption regarding child s*xual abuse, follow along. Will a High Court Judge go with the evidence and law or choose to help this go away for them? Given the length and breadth of what is a systemic conspiracy within the walls of Hampshire Constabulary while the new Chief Officer Scott Chilton and the Crony Crime Commissioner Donna Jones look the other way let’s hope for a Judge that cares about the law more than keeping the lid on it for them at children’s expense. And that is just why I am publishing all the evidence. So let’s see just how far up the chain this corruption and disregard for children’s rights actually goes and if they can ever really be held to account.
