I've not been too strict about the updates on this playlist, and no social media updates apart from when the list was started...but that will change today!

Please find attached the link for the UK-CMA Spotify playlist....I'll update it as often as I can, however it truly contains an amazing collection of super talented homegrown artists and deserves to be heard.

I cap the playlist at @8 hours and try to keep just one track from a particular artist to allow everybody a chance to shine....the new tracks are added to the top, and the older music will fall out over time....I think that's fair.

Anyhow, have a look and listen and revel in the supreme artistry we have in the local scene....if you're looking for pure country, it's here....but there is a whole load more from artists delivering breathtaking country adjacent music (Americana, folk, brilliant storytellers).

It can be eclectic, but that mirrors the awesome eclecticity that makes up UK country music, and of which we should be very rightly proud!

Another great week in UK Country and Americana music!!

Putting in a short feature on the show as I'm loving some of the friendship groups that are formed between artists! Offering support to each other, collaboration opportunities and cheerleading each other from the barrier!

This week, I'm focussing on 3 women who are all supremely talented artists in their own rights...I'm playing the brand new(and awesome) UK Number 1 'Find Me' from Nicole Allan, celebrating the 3rd Anniversary of Sophie Rose's supreme debut single 'Healing in the Burn' and spin a live version of Emilia Quinn's 'Let It Burn' which will be featured on her sophomore album 'Dented Halos' ...out later this month!

Also, a new era is signalled for Neeve Zahra, a very welcome return to the music of Eleri, the second release from Amy Alexander, proudly flying the UK flag from Nashville, and a stunning Americana cover of an iconic Visage tune from Cole Stacey!
