Case of the Week

Client had found his dream first home for his small family however was declined by his bank due to affordability issues, understanding his income was largely topped up by routine overtime he contacted for a second opinion as on paper he believed the numbers worked.

After a max loan to £87,500 we managed to submit with a lender who understands routine overtime and was able to offer the required loan amount of £142,000 and to top it off this was a lower interest rate too dropping from 5.22% to 4.43% saving them money and achieving their desired outcome at the same time.

The case is now at mortgage offer and awaiting solicitors catching up to push for completion!
