✅ Average time to sell across Featherstone: ~ 34 days.
✅ Detached homes? Flying out the door: Average ~ 18 days.
✅ Two-bed and terraced homes? A little slower: some still around the 50-70+ day mark.

By price band:

Under £100k: Average 63 days. (These homes are generally in need of a full renovation or at auction)

£100k-£200k: Average 38 days.

£200k-£300k: Average 34 days.

£300k-£400k: Very small sample (2 properties) — Average 8 days.

🔄 What about historically?
A decade ago, sellers were routinely waiting 60-90+ days (or more) for a sale in our area. Today? Many are seeing results in under half that time.
