We’ll explore:

Erm, this is now just ridiculous. We still don’t know why but we’re now 36th in the Spotify UK Podcast charts and number 1 in Health and Fitness.

This may be a good time to remind people that we have never had a plan, aims, goals or a clue what we’re doing. But we’ll continue churning out poor quality sound, evidence-based information and whatever Alex is… 🧛🏻‍♂️🌪️🎈

Apparently, we sold 1,000 copies of our book in the first month.
Which is either impressive… or just a reflection of how many people made the same impulse purchase three times, forgot they’d bought it, or lost it immediately.

Still, we’re very grateful.

And confused.

And a bit worried about what this says about society…
