Case studies vs. testimonials - which one should you bother with?

Detailed pieces of content that reinforce why prospects should consider you and why customers should continue to choose you.

They typically follow this structure: Client background & requirements, your solution, challenges, added value, results and a client quote.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬:

They:

✅ Highlight your expertise and the results you can achieve in detail.
✅ Reinforce why prospects should choose you over the competition.
✅ As BOFU* content, they compel prospects to contact you.**

They:

❌ Can take a while to produce due to the level of detail required.
❌ Do need your client's approval to progress and share the full info.
❌ Aren't always as detailed as you'd like them to be due to client/project confidentiality etc.

Nine years ago, our Director, Sanina, decided to spread her freelance wings after working for employers for 18 years and go it alone 🥳

And just over a year ago, she decided to expand upon SK Copy Co's offering by launching The Awards Clinic, the go-to hub for businesses wanting to submit winning awards entries 🏆
