Say it after me: "I am not overworked and undervalued in my role."
And breathe đŸ§˜đŸ»â€â™€ïž

Another day of marketing bliss awaits, my frazzled friends 🌞

I’ve been there. In almost every marketing role I’ve ever had.

Feeling like I was constantly sprinting just to stay in place.
Ticking off one task only to be rewarded with five more.
Completing work early and getting nothing but radio silence (or worse, a round of edits).

And always hearing the same thing when I suggested getting support:
"We don’t have the budget." đŸ€Ą

Not enough of it.
Not enough clarity around it.
Not enough flexibility to bring someone in and actually make your day less chaotic.

But if you're reading this and thinking, yep, that’s me 😭
You’re the person I help now.

I work with marketers who are drowning in to-dos but don’t need a full agency or a new colleague 5 days a week.

Just someone reliable, fast, and already fluent in the chaos.

Think of me as your outsourced extra pair of hands and spare brain.

Having worked in different industries for 5 years, I know where things get stuck.

I know that you need someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty with the marketing tasks that aren't sexy or fun.

DM me if you need support stat - let's make it happen

I’m about to p**s off my marketing peers

Because I see a lot of posts saying “a marketing assistant/executive/manager is not
”

And they are right - they shouldn’t be all these things. In an ideal world we’d have one incredible expert managing each aspect of the marketing strategy. That’s how you get the best results

But for the small-medium sized businesses who are strapped for budget, time and resources
They need the marketing assistant, executive, manager who can do it all.

And there are people out there who love doing it
Me - hi!

But it is overwhelming and a LOT to manage, no matter how big the company. Doing all the aspects of marketing is
chaos

Which is why I’m here to help
If your business can’t afford a whole squad of marketing boffins
And you need someone who can get the ball rolling and keep it rolling
Or if you already have someone in place who’s feeling the pressure
I’m here to help

I’m your in house marketing teams best pal.
I take on the marketing tasks they have no time for
Whether it’s keeping your socials ticking over so they can tackle that big project or finally resurrecting a blog to bump your SEO

I'm your gal - drop me a message to get started

Cutting corners will cause you problems in the long run.

I’m talking to you, fed up, stressed out marketer.

And I get it, trust me, I’ve been there

Your boss wants all the regular marketing tasks done, plus his 50 new latest ideas, none of which seem to have any sort of priority ranking other than “can you take a look at this soon”

*cue internal screaming*

but those tricks you’re doing to make it all happen? They aren’t sustainable.

Getting AI to write your content
Eventually it will all start sounding the same and your audience will be bored and disengaged

Putting off those website updates until you “have time”
New visitors will begin to clock that your last case study was uploaded back when social distancing was still a worry

Eating lunch at your desk
again to get the work done
You will burn out.
You can double trust me on that one.

My point is there’s a reason it isn’t sustainable.

No single human can take on that much work without things starting to slip.
Not to fret my frazzled friend, I’m here to help.

If you could do with just a few of those back-burner tasks taking of your hands so you can breathe (and eat a meal deal without getting hula hoop dust on your keyboard), I’d love to help.

DM me today, let’s chat about what’s going on - maybe I can help.
At the very least, it'll feel good to vent đŸ§˜â€â™€ïž

You know you can deliver the project
but do your target customers?

Let me ask you this, wherever your customers find you, are you 100% confident that they:

❓ Understand the sectors you serve?
❓ Know who you work with?
❓ See why you’re the best solution for them?
❓ Can see your track record on similar sized jobs?
❓ Would trust you enough to bring you into their supply chain?

If the answer to any of those isn’t a 100% yeah then we’re in trouble.

Procurement managers don’t gamble. They choose the safe bet.

If they have any doubts, they’ll move straight on to your competitor who can give them the reassurance they need.

It’s that simple.

Even if you’ve done the work, you need to show it and repeat it until it sticks.

If your answer to any of those questions is “uhh... I think so?”, and you’re already neck deep in to-do lists, I can help.

The thought of marketing a business can feel really overwhelming but broken down into 3 little tasks, it's not so scary is it.

Three tiny tweaks that you can do today could make a pretty big big impact:

đŸ§± A case study that actually tells a story from start to finish, not just “we did a good job, the end.”
💬 Testimonials that aren’t just “great service” but show the real benefits of working with you.
🔎 A quick website audit to to make sure your message is crystal clear and not losing your audience at the first hurdle.

None of this is groundbreaking.
But the impact can be impressive.

Better enquiries. More trust. Less deading off that pointless lead for the 50th time this week because they completely misunderstood what you do.

The smallest changes often have the biggest ripple effect especially if your strategy is already 80% there.

You don’t always need a full rebrand.
Sometimes you just need a fresh pair of eyes and a bit of “why is that like that?”

If your idea of knowing your audience is “women aged 25 - 45 who like Prosecco” then we need to talk.

You’re not targeting a person, you’re throwing content at the wall and and hoping Sandra from Swindon sees it on her lunch break.

Proper positioning means understanding what your ideal clients actually care about - not just how old they are or what shoes they wear.

When you get it right, everything gets easier.
Writing your copy? A breeze.
Sending emails? Simple.
Creating resources for your customers? Less "eh this is okay", more “thank god you're here!"

It’s the difference between a half hearted attempt with zero returns and actually getting enquiries from people who don’t make you question your entire career.

Next time you catch yourself about to cut corners, think to yourself "what would Ozzy want to hear from me right now?" (probably not much , but you get what I mean)

Spend the time now, save yourself the headache later.

It's about time I introduced myself here

Hi! I'm Eve

I'm currently a part time in-house marketer and part time freelancer (and part time pet sitter, but that's another story)

I've been in Marketing for over 5 years now, in roles that have me juggling all the plates. I love the buzz of a small business and getting stuck in with every aspect of the role. Social media, design, website management, CRM, SEO, copywriting - you name it, I've done it.

And now I'm expanding my freelance offering to support small businesses with marketing where they need it most.

No two businesses are the same so their strategy shouldn't be either.

Anyway, I've rambled enough, to find out more about what I do and how I can help, head to my website: https://www.kismetmarketing.co.uk/
