After 5 years of the podcast and 4 years of the OTI Community… it’s time for us to say goodbye.

We’re not going to go into too much here. Instead, we’d much rather you listened to today's podcast - we explain everything there.

Sharon is finally getting rid of the reams of merch clogging up her hallways... and we couldn't be happier for her!

This summer, we're having a total clear-out - everything must go. To achieve this, we've marked 50% OFF EVERYTHING.

So far all mugs are gone, all orange t-shirts are gone, we're out of medium hoodies and XL white t-shirts, and other sizes are dwindling.

What's left? Other sizes in the slick black hoodie (now only £21), other sizes of the white t-shirt (now only £10), and all sizes of the black t-shirt (also £21), beanies (£9), and a festive Christmas sweater (£21).

These two brave OTI Community members, along with our own Scottish Kelly ✨️ took on the mighty Northumbrian Full Ironman challenge last weekend as a bid to raise money for Alcohol Change UK 👏

As those of you in the Diet & Fitness Whatsapp group already know, it was an extremely full and eventful day that threw up many challenges for all three team members 😮 It wasn't exactly plain sailing!

But our team pulled through, in spectacular fashion 🤗 finishing well within the cutoff time. We are incredibly proud of everything the team achieved 🥳 We loved hearing them retell the epic tale - and we know you will too! ❤️

Milestone Alert!! 📣📣📣📣📣

Our Ben is an incredible 5 YEARS ALCHOL FREE today!! 🥳

Can you believe it's been half a decade already??? 🤯 It feels like only yesterday when he was most commonly referred to as Background Ben, piping up now and then from the shadows, explaining his "20 in 2020" experiment 😅

Where has the time gone, eh? 😭😭😭

OG pod 🎙 listeners will literally have watched (listened to?!) Ben's entire AF jourrrney - the early thoughts 🤔 the moderation projects 💡 the slow acceptance that yes, perhaps there's something to this AF malarkey after all... ✨️

Thank you 🙏 for giving us that, Ben - for being so open and bringing us all with you, every step of the way, through the experiments, through the negative thoughts which come up (as they do!), and through the life milestones of the last few (very eventful!) years ❤️ Above all, thank you for showing us how fulfilling and rewarding an AF life can be 🥰

Since going AF you have attracted the family, career, and life of your dreams 👏 and we are so, so truly happy for you - from the hearts of our bottoms 😉😉😉😂😂😂

This week on Over The Influence, we’re joined by one of our very own – the brilliant OTI superfan Steve Smith! 🥳

Steve grew up in a culture where he felt like alcohol was celebrated. Whenever something fun happened, it always seemed like booze was at the centre of it 🙈

He became a flare bartender 🍸 (all the acrobatics with the bottles) and actually won the Flare Bartender Championships which we have to admit, is very impressive 😮

Being in that industry though, it was always inevitable that a large amount of alcohol was going to be involved. Over time, it became too much and, being a relatively new Dad, he decided he wanted to be as good as he could be for his kids ❤️

Now, four years into AF life ✨️ Steve is smashing it with his new sober coaching company with one of the best names out there - Sober.illiant 💪

Today is the day!! Our incredible Team OTI is taking on The Northumbrian Full Ironman in Kielder, Northumberland in support of ! 💪

Ian was up first with the swim, then Neil took over on the bicycle, and as we speak Kelly is running an actual marathon to close the day!! 🏃‍♀️

Here's a photo 📸 of Ian and Kelly chilling while Neil was out on the track. Ian had just finished his leg, and Kelly was preparing for hers.

Can't wait for the end result! Amazing stuff so far team! So proud of you all! 👏

OTI is more than just a podcast! 🧡 We are also a global community of like-minded individuals all working towards a common goal - to live a life free of alcohol 🤗
