Alongside my radio work and Mother and Daughter BREAST of friends podcast, Im also working alongside the wonderful people at Shawmind a mental health charity, particularly aimed at the next generation!!

Im massively passionate about this, Im so lucky to meet so many people from different walks of life, and I see challenges people face, the barriers that are in the way sometimes, BUT also the fact that people need to be heard and listened to and not put in a scrap heap!! What is one persons weakness is anothers strength so lets focus on that !! 👏👏💪

So you might be getting a few of these types of social media posts from me, your my “people” and I think we can make a big difference if we come together!!
