None of it matters if you don't share it. I have always had a "show & tell" personality. Even more validated when I understood by Human Design (credit mentorship!) combine that with my Birth Chart literally telling me I was born to guide others through growth phases, sharing emotional & healing support through story telling.... Literally written in the stars. It's my birth right.

I have had the most incredible year. The most powerful 6 months. & I am desperate for others to experience the same.

So, I am making it happen. With the same mentors that I had. I am literally sharing my little black book of connections and learnings with you.

I've always been an "obsessed with my friends" kind of girl but this, this is special.

Happy Birthday to an absolute angel. A legend in so many ways, the kindest, purest, most genuine soul. & also the most wonderful friend, mother, talented therapist & budding astrologer - with a mutual curiosity in the stars & a history of wild nights, we are forever bound.

I had the pleasure of meeting Soph when I lived in Southampton (for uni 16 years ago!) we worked together & kind of fell for each other in a mutual chaos of young women doing life together.

She invited me into her home, her life, her world & it's safe to say - I never left. When I fall, I fall hard. We had distance - almost 10 years of it, but I trusted the timings, our journey, the plan the stars had... We always knew we would be reunited.

& what a chapter this next one is going to be!
Doing business with soulmate friends is gold. & I don't overlook it for a second. This friendship is proof to me, it does exist, the bonds I've longed for, the ones I've tried my hardest to hold together - when it's real, you don't need to try. It is always there. Shining bright, waiting for you to notice it.

I am SO proud of you Soph! & so excited for what is to come for you during this next adventure around the sun.

When I stop to think what life looked like this time last year... I can't help but be proud.

Proud of the journey, the growth, the lessons. The deep personal shifts from a "freelancer" juggling a million and one too many projects, multiple business ideas, way too many clients, I thought I loved that life, but I wasn't going anywhere fast. I went on a very organic process, things started to shift fairly quickly for me, I listened to the soul whispers and the Universe quickly bent in my favour.

To think now I run an Instagram membership sharing my dreams of changing the world, empowering women in business to cheerlead one another with conviction. Now I get to champion my beliefs and lead from the front - I am now a retreat host. This one is special. This one felt like a dream I would never be good enough for.

But looking through these photos and planning towards the next one (please do come along - limited spaces but it really is a sensational event!!) I can see this was a manifestation that became a reality. As Monica from Friends used to say "always the hostess" - I just love holding space. Sharing all of me, to help you indulge, enjoy and rise.

This is my invitation for you to take a moment to reflect and be proud of your journey. Even if you're still becoming. Gratitude is the highest frequency so be grateful for all of the doors you have entered, the achievements and wins along the way. A year is a long time, I bet you have done some pretty incredible things...

A beautiful day of adventure exploring Dubai ✨

From buying jewellery at the Gold Souq to grabbing fresh lemonade & walking around the Museum of the Future. We then shopped & snapped in Souk Madinat Jumeirah before devouring a feast back at the hotel's all inclusive buffet.

Not always a pool day, we love to get down with the locals and see what else is on offer when we go away! We were also lucky enough to make friends at our hotel so got to spend the whole day together.

Perfect penultimate day of our holiday.

Tomorrow we're off to check out the tallest building in the world - Burj Khalifa & venture around Atlantis, The Palm 🌴

We're off on holiday today...& even though I will take longer to respond, I have scheduled some content and I won't have any meetings for 2 weeks... It will be business as usual for my membership and VIP clients.

I have built a business that works around me, my family, my choices - that to me is freedom. Free to work when I want to, from anywhere in the world. & I love that I am available to my inner circle if they need me.

We are truly so blessed to live in a time where you can support your team, serve your clients, and make money - all from your phone.

I am my business. My identity is my walking sales page, I don't stop. Not properly.
& I love that.
