Reinforcing London Designer Outlet’s role as a destination that champions mental wellbeing, our ‘Talk & Trim’ unique pop-up initiative transformed the barbershop experience into a space for conversation. Partnering with , a pioneering UK charity focused on transforming male mental health, on FA Cup Final weekend, we curated London Designer Outlet’s retail space, in the heart of Wembley, into a buzzing barbershop with real purpose. Fronting the styling talent was celebrity barber , known for shaping the image of football icons like Jack Grealish and Jude Bellingham, joined by a team of professional barbers, all of whom underwent Talk Club’s “Captain” training, equipping them with the tools to lead and support meaningful dialogue in the chair. Offering free stylish shape-ups all day, guests were encouraged to speak honestly and openly, using Talk Club’s signature check-in: “How are you? Out of 10?”, unlocking meaningful conversations that help build resilience, connection, and emotional self-awareness. Securing national coverage across the likes of GQ and Time Out and delivering an audience reach of over 5.6 million, the purpose-led initiative continued to support LDO’s mission to become the UK’s first mentally healthy shopping centre, fostering meaningful experiences to support men’s mental health.

As the UK’s biggest survey for employee engagement, these established and esteemed awards celebrate Britain’s top employers across hundreds of businesses and industries, attracting in excess of 70,000 entries annually.

With an all female leadership team, we have been steadfast, from day one, in building an inclusive, inspiring and empowering culture, continually committed to unlocking the power in our people, and so are hugely honoured to have been formally recognised across such a prestigious platform. Our immersive Boursin ‘Taste of France’ campaign has been shortlisted for the ‘Oscars’ of the PR industry, the Excellence Awards in the Best Event Category. In addition, we have been shortlisted twice for Marketing EMEA Awards, recognising campaigns that connect, inspire and deliver commercially tangible results. Our Babybel Summer of Sports Campaign is shortlisted in the Food & Beverage category and Boursin ‘Taste of France’ is up again for Best Event. It’s that time of year when we create the perfect pairing of creative flair with a bit of mischief to curate scroll-stopping stories that are, perhaps, just too good to be true…. This year we propelled two playful April Fool’s stories straight into the national media headlines. Announcing the ‘launch’ of the ultimate festival must-have, a limited edition Babybel Wax Sleeping Bag, complete with peelable opening mechanism, set to keep festival-goers warm, dry and as deliciously snug as a cheese toastie. We also took the PRank-o-meter sky high revealing that Thorpe Park had issued a stern dietary warning for its record-breaking rollercoaster, Hyperia. The park’s Head of Food & Beverage ‘Ava Kado’ 😉 explained the ride was not suitable for vegans due to the unavoidable presence of flying insects. And whilst the stories might not be true, the expansive coverage certainly is, including the likes of Daily Express, Daily Mirror, Yahoo!, The Grocer and a live on-air discussion with Gok Wan on Magic Radio’s Breakfast Show.

The team were in full force hosting over 2,200 celebrities, influencers and top-tier media as thrill-seeking VIP's united to be the first to explore the park, capture dynamic muti-channel content and experience an epic line up of rides. Guests included Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Dani Dyer, Denise Van Outen, Demi Jones, Junior and Princess Andre, George Baggs and Reuben Collins, with content from the day soaring to dizzying heights and reaching over 115 million in under 48 hours. Hitting headlines across the likes of the Mail Online, the exclusive event fuelled fame ahead of the park's official opening later this month, setting the stage for a record-breaking season ahead.🎢

Our Babybel x Comic Relief 2025 campaign hit headlines across national media today, proving that fun has no age limit, and that doing good can and should be fun!

We gave the UK the first taste of .uk’s bold new brand equity, ‘The Fun Kind of Good’ - with a standout activation that got the public involved.

From a giant red ball pit with 65,000 balls popping up in Manchester, to research revealing that 42 is the age people forget how to have fun, it was the ultimate PR hook, delivering a reach (to date) of 99 million and 40+ pieces of coverage including standout pieces in the Daily Mirror, Express, Star, The Sun and Metro.

TV’s Chloe Burrows led the charge, speaking to the public about the last time they had fun and encouraging them to find a Babybel branded ball to donate £1 to Comic Relief.

This campaign was all about bringing fun to fundraising, working with to help deliver research and content.
