Imagine Theatre is looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our Wardrobe Department at our Head Office in Coventry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role who can confidently manage and oversee a busy theatrical wardrobe department — balancing day-to-day operations with strategic planning.

We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Has strong experience managing a wardrobe team
✨ Understands the operational and strategic running of a department
✨ Has core technical skills in cutting, making and sewing
✨ Is highly organised and IT confident
✨ Excels in team management

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role is key to delivering the spectacular productions we’re known for across the UK.
