We’ve decided that a fresh new year needs daily fresh ginger 🫚 shots so we need a juicer.

A recent high cholesterol result has given me a wake up call.

Like these things do.

Knowing that I wanted to evolve my nutrition anyway has been given a boot up the priority list.

Before bed that night, Darcy asked herself a question:

“What small change would make January feel lighter?”

She didn’t know the whole plan.
She didn’t know the numbers.
But she knew she wanted a different kind of year
one that felt steady, not frantic.

That question became the start of everything.
