Do you get overwhelmed with cleaning?

I’m still a working progress but I’ve found that adopting these habits into my daily routine help me soo much!

Even adding just one or two easy cleaning habits can make you feel a lot better and keep on top of the everyday workload.

I do these during the week and on the weekends I love doing my power hours! I always know my future self will thank me.

I know I repeat myself a lot but it’s important to remember a little at a time is just fine! Youre doing a great job and you got this!

Don’t stress the mess! Get those timers, your fav playlist or podcast/audio book on and get going.

Doesn’t matter if you have a hour or 10 minutes. I promise you’ll feel a whole lot better once you get started. ✨

Steps to making this a successful clean ⬇️

- Just begin!

- Don’t get overwhelmed, just tackle the areas that are bothering you the most. Don’t try to do it all!

- Remember, doing a little is better than nothing at all.

- Delegate if you can

- Remind yourself you’re doing your best 🥰 That’s all that matters!

Today I didn’t have as much to clean in the kitchen so I can my bedroom a little tidy too.

I’m so happy I did it because I already feel a lot less stressed and chaotic 😌

And if someone hasn’t told you already, you’re amazing. Keep going 💛✨

Some days are going to be tougher than others.. but let me tell you.. you totally got this! I set that timer, prioritised the two areas that were bothering me most and got going! 👏

You could tell I wasn’t too keen for this spare room clean BUT I wanted the room back so I had to take charge! So easily do these rooms become dumping grounds!

Here are ways I reduce stress & anxiety. Especially on days when I don’t want to or can’t leave my home 💛

I love cleaning and I think it’s a great way to reduce stress but I also love other activities! Im all about making sure I find something in my day that brings me joy.

I have (as well as most I’m sure) my fair share of troubles and even sadness. These are ways I cope with that! 🫶🏻

What hobbies do you like? And who else is a homebird?

Repeat after me: Don’t Stress the Mess ☺️I find the best thing for me is to break things up into daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks!

Do what you can, when you can. I know I always say this but a little at a time really is FINE! We all have different circumstances and busy lives. Pick a few things that you find to be overwhelming, dedicate a rough time and day of the week to knock it out!

You’ll feel amazing for it! Always delegate chores where you can too :)
